No Forced Ranking Performance Reviews
IAT does not subject our associates to a forced ranking vitality curve to judge work performance (10% Top Performers, 70% Average Performers, 20% Needs Improvement). All performance evaluations are individually determined based on a fixed standard of success: Team Performance & Commitment, Project Performance, and Development Goals.
